Shaping Chico's next generation of leaders...
The Young Professional's Organization (YPO)
The Chico Chamber's Young Professionals Organization (YPO) was created in 2010 in an effort to bring together the region's young business people for mentoring, education, networking, and socializing.
While the YPO was originally founded to cater to individuals between the ages of 20-40, access to the YPO is available for any Chamber member who is young in age, young at heart, or young in their profession.
The YPO meets on the third Wednesday of each month. These are ticketed events offered to Chamber members.
YPO Mission Statement
"Young aspiring influencers growing in leadership, cultivating community through networking and professional development."
YPO Vision Statement & Values
The Chico Chamber YPO creates awareness of the positive attributes young
professionals bring to their employer and
the community as a whole by valuing commitment, ambition, civic engagement, integrity, respect and camaraderie in a welcoming atmosphere.
