The Chico Chamber of Commerce offers unique membership levels designed to cater to business of all shapes and sizes. Whether you are a smaller startup or well-established enterprise, the Chico Chamber of Commerce is fully committed to act as your business champion.
Membership Benefits in Detail
Your chosen membership and business information will be announced across Chico Chamber social media platforms and other Chamber communications upon joining the Chico Chamber of Commerce or celebrating your Chamber of Commerce initiation and/or anniversary.
Your chosen business information (text, images, contact information, links, etc.) will be distributed to the Chico Chamber of Commerce's email distribution list. This list consists of thousands of subscribers - a list that is growing every day.
As one of our community's most prominently utilized websites for local information, your business will be added to the Chico Chamber of Commerce online business directory.
This increases your business visibility and improves SEO.
All Chamber members are added to and have access to an exclusive list of all members by business name, primary contact first and last name, and mailing address.
This is great for spreading the word about special deals and discounts, sending holiday cards, etc.
All Chamber members have access to exclusive networking events. The Chico Chamber of Commerce currently hosts 5+ monthly events, plus specialty events.

The YPO meets once each month for the purpose of professional development, leadership, mentoring, education, networking, and more.
The YPO creates awareness for the positive attributes young professionals bring to their employer and the community. They do so by valuing commitment, ambition, civic engagement, integrity, respect, and camaraderie.
The Chico Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Committee meets once each month to discuss local and statewide policies, regulations, and practices. This committee is instrumental in determining direction and action for the Chamber on advocacy issues.
Chamber members are provided with a storefront window decal and permission to utilize the Chico Chamber of Commerce logo on marketing materials.
A national study performed by the Schapiro Group stats that being active in your local Chamber of Commerce pays off if your goal is to attract more customers. In fact, 63% of consumers are more likely to purchase goods or services from a Chamber member!
All Chamber members have access to specialty discounts provided to and by other members.
As a Chamber member, you have the option to offer a special discount to other members for increased business visibility through the Chamber website and other communication platforms.
Increase visibility for business events, seminars, workshops, and more by posting to the Chico Chambers online event calendar.
Log into your InfoHub/Chamber Portal to submit event requests. Once your event is submitted, you can then review event details and add graphics.
- Event approval is at the discretion of the Chico Chamber of Commerce.
- Events must be related to active Chamber memberships.

A one-minute-long radio advertisement that is broadcasted at your chosen time throughout the year by our radio/media partners.
Are you hosting a special event, such as a grand opening, ribbon cutting, ground breaking or anniversary celebration?
The Chico Chamber of Commerce will advertise your event through social media, email blast, online calendar, radio announcements, and more. We will also send out private invitations to our specialty groups, which include city officials, district representatives, community organization leaders, and other dignitaries in the greater Chico area.
The Chico Chamber also provides large scissors, red ribbon, gold shovels, and more.
At your chosen time throughout the year, you can request the Chamber share your information over Chamber social media platforms.
Supporting Sponsor for Annual Events - Name and logo recognition on event marketing materials.
Presenting Sponsor for Annual Events - A specialty Chamber ceremony or award will be presented on behalf of your business.
Supporting Sponsor for Chamber Minute Business Spotlight - Weekly radio commercials are presented on behalf of your business, mentioned by name on rotation with other Icon Members.

Chamber of Commerce Membership Commitment Terms & Cancellation Policy
We value your membership and appreciate your participation in the Chamber of Commerce. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your membership. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Commitment Term
Memberships are based on a 12-month commitment. If you choose to cancel before the end of your membership term:
- Annual Memberships: Members paying annually are not eligible for refunds for any unused portion of their membership.
- Monthly Memberships: Members paying monthly are required to pay the agreed-upon monthly amount for no less than a 12-month period. If cancellation is requested before the end of the 12-month term, members are responsible for the remaining balance of the annual dues.
- Renewal Policy
- Membership Renewal Requires Member Approval: All Memberships will receive a bill for renewal at the end of their 12-month commitment period. Members can choose to renew or deny renewal at this time.
- Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis following the initial 12-month commitment unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- Termination of Benefits
Membership benefits, including access to events, directory listings, and member discounts, will terminate immediately upon the conclusion of the paid membership term or when cancellation is processed.
- Non-Refundable Payments
All membership dues paid to the Chamber of Commerce are non-refundable, including payments made in advance for annual memberships.
- Final Confirmation
Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email or mail. Please keep this for your records.
- Cancellation Notice
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. Written notice can be sent via email to membership@chicochamber.com or mailed to PO Box 3300, Chico, CA 95927.
